According to a statement from SAS, the entire 81-aircraft A320neo fleet has been equipped with Starlink satellite internet service as part of a program launched in March. The A320neo fleet represents approximately 70 percent of SAS’s total fleet and forms the backbone of the airline’s European network, operating a large proportion of flights across Scandinavia and Europe.
The company also announced that preparations for Starlink installations on its remaining aircraft types are ongoing, with further installations planned by the end of the year.
