What Is IMWF?

The International MICE and Wedding Forum (IMWF) is an international gathering that brings together global stakeholders across the MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions) and wedding sectors. The forum hosts direct B2B meetings among destination management companies, hotel chains, airline representatives and event/wedding organisation firms.

9th Edition: 28–31 October 2026, Didim

IMWF's ninth edition will take place 28–31 October 2026 in Didim, on Turkey's Aegean coast, at Anda Barut Collection. The forum is scheduled to run four days, with an agenda covering MICE destination trends, industry partnerships and wedding tourism.

IMWF held its 2023 edition in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, at Rixos, in partnership with its operational partner, Inventum Global.
