According to Radisson, the hotel will be located in the central business district at the vibrant southern end of Sydney, Australia. The 31-storey hotel is planned to have 328 rooms. The hotel will also feature a restaurant, lobby café-bar, pool bar, a total of 218 square metres of meeting rooms, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre.
Radisson Hotel Group Vice President and Global Chief Development Officer Elie Younes said in a statement regarding the newly announced hotel, “The signing of Australia’s first Radisson RED hotel is a significant milestone in our expansion plans across Australasia. Radisson RED is a distinctive brand offering a relevant and impactful proposition for both guests and owners.”
