Dubai is preparing for a large-scale festival production that will run for four days in November. UNTOLD Dubai will take place from November 5-8, 2026, at Dubai Parks and Resorts. While the artist line-up has not yet been announced, the production built at the same venue last year shows the scale the festival has already reached.
The 2025 edition of UNTOLD Dubai covered 267,793 square metres. The event attracted 190,000 people representing 120 nationalities. Across four days, performances ranged from electronic music to hip-hop and pop.
The Main Stage Exceeded 120 Metres
One of the most striking elements of last year’s edition was the scale of the main stage. UNTOLD Dubai 2025 featured a stage more than 120 metres wide and 28 metres high. Its footprint was roughly the size of a football pitch, while the total weight of the structure exceeded 500 tonnes.
But the scale went far beyond the stage itself. According to UNTOLD Group, more than 380 trucks were used to transport production equipment to the festival site. The equipment included sound systems, LED screens, lighting, laser systems, DJ equipment, stage support structures, motors, scaffolding, flooring, containers and perimeter security infrastructure.

Construction Continued While Dubai Parks and Resorts Remained Open
Another notable aspect of the production was its logistical planning. Because Dubai Parks and Resorts remained operational during festival preparations, part of the installation work was carried out at night. UNTOLD Group said a significant share of the production was completed overnight to minimise disruption to the existing theme park operations.
Some equipment was sourced locally, while a significant share of the production materials was brought in from European countries including Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. This highlights how international logistics has become as important as stage design in large-scale festival production.

A Theme Park Becomes a Festival District
One of the elements that sets UNTOLD Dubai apart is the venue itself. The festival is not held at a traditional concert ground, but within the Dubai Parks and Resorts complex. The current 2026 event map includes the main stage alongside music areas such as Zamna, Time, Alchemy and Retro, as well as food and beverage zones, entertainment areas and VIP platforms.
The festival therefore moves beyond a concert model centred on a single main stage and becomes a temporary entertainment district where visitors move between different zones. The organiser also describes the 2026 edition as a “mega festival” lasting four days and four nights. Four-day general admission and VIP ticket options are already on sale.

Mega Events Are Also Major Logistics Operations
UNTOLD Dubai shows that large festivals can no longer be measured only by artist line-ups and attendance figures. Hundreds of truck movements, temporary structures weighing hundreds of tonnes, kilometres of technical infrastructure and event sites covering hundreds of thousands of square metres are turning mega festivals into major logistics operations.
The full technical details of the 2026 edition have not yet been released. However, with last year’s main stage exceeding 120 metres, a stage structure weighing more than 500 tonnes and a festival site covering 267,000 square metres, UNTOLD Dubai is returning with an already exceptionally high production benchmark.
