Designed to offer visitors the opportunity to experience the country’s rich cultural heritage and iconic historical landmarks, the Night Museum initiative has opened its doors for the new season. During this period, both local and international visitors will be able to explore these sites beyond regular visiting hours.
According to a statement by Go Türkiye, operated by the Türkiye Tourism Promotion and Development Agency (TGA) under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, more than 1 million visitors were hosted within the scope of the project in 2025. It was also noted that sites ranging from Nemrut to Ephesus, and from Zeugma to Galata Tower, will be open to visitors from 19:00 until designated nighttime closing hours.
Go Türkiye emphasized that this initiative, which extends access beyond traditional opening hours, helps reduce daytime congestion, encourages longer visits, and supports deeper engagement with the country’s cultural treasures.
