According to a statement from TAT, TGTM 2026, held at Topgolf Megacity in Bangna, brought together 49 international buyer companies and 63 Thai sellers. The event featured business meetings, the sharing of up-to-date information on tourism products and product experiences for members of the media. TAT emphasized that TGTM supports Thailand’s positioning as a world-class destination for sports, health and wellness.
TAT Deputy Governor for Digitalization, Research and Development Kittipong Prapattong said in a statement at the event: “Golf is an important part of Thailand’s ‘Value over Volume’ strategy because the visitor experience does not end with a round of golf. Under the theme ‘Recovery is the New Luxury,’ we are showing how golf can become part of a broader journey encompassing recovery, wellness, food, culture and Thai hospitality. TGTM 2026 gives our commercial partners direct access to courses, facilities and operators that can turn these opportunities into travel itineraries for their customers.”
