One of Las Vegas’ most distinctive event venues, Sphere is expanding its role in the corporate events market. The entire venue can be reserved for a single invited group for major brand events, product launches, keynote sessions, and private concerts.
Sphere’s large-scale brand event model targets groups of between 10,000 and 17,500 people. The entire venue can be dedicated to invited guests, while everything from visual content to program flow can be shaped around the brand’s narrative.
The Event Takes Over the Entire Venue
In traditional corporate events, brand identity is usually built through the stage, screens, and applications in foyer areas. Sphere extends this approach across the entire venue. The approximately 14,900-square-meter, 16K-resolution LED screen wrapping around the interior of the main auditorium allows everything from presentations to moving visuals to surround participants. As a result, a keynote session or product launch is no longer limited to a single screen behind the stage, but can be designed around the physical scale of the venue itself.
The Exosphere on the building’s exterior can also become another layer of brand communication. Its approximately 53,900-square-meter programmable LED surface allows the event taking place inside to extend into the Las Vegas skyline.

Different Models From 150 to 17,500 People
Sphere is not focused only on large events that take over the entire venue. It also offers different event formats for different group sizes. Corporate groups of around 150 to 1,000 people can use private or semi-private reception areas, while events for 1,000 to 5,000 participants can reserve the entire Atrium and include a private screening of an existing Sphere experience.
At the largest scale, the entire venue can be activated for brand events with between 10,000 and 17,500 participants. Keynote sessions, product launches, and private concerts are among the types of events that can use this format. This structure allows the same venue to accommodate everything from a traditional group event to a global brand launch attended by thousands.

HPE Hosted the First Corporate Keynote
One of Sphere’s first major examples in the corporate events sector was staged by Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2024. The keynote held as part of HPE Discover became the first corporate keynote ever hosted at Sphere. HPE President and CEO Antonio Neri took the stage, while NVIDIA founder and CEO Jensen Huang also participated in the program.
HPE Discover 2024 attracted more than 14,000 attendees overall, while the Sphere keynote became the main stage for the company’s new product and partnership announcements in artificial intelligence. The event demonstrated that the venue can be used not only for entertainment productions, but also for large-scale business events where companies make major announcements.
