One of the largest gatherings in the corporate technology world, Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo 2026 will take place at Walt Disney World Resort from October 19-22. According to Gartner, the event will bring together more than 7,000 CIOs and senior executives. The programme will feature more than 140 Gartner experts, over 180 technology solution providers and more than 350 sessions.
The four-day event will focus on artificial intelligence, business transformation, cybersecurity, data analytics, customer experience and management strategies. Gartner has chosen “Ignite Intelligence” as the theme for 2026, highlighting the idea that AI is becoming less of a differentiator and more of a core part of enterprise technology infrastructure.

More Than 350 Sessions
The scale of the programme shows that the event goes far beyond a conventional technology conference. Over four days, hundreds of sessions will be accompanied by roundtables, workshops, industry programmes, executive meetings and product presentations. Gartner’s event programme highlights topics including AI strategy, business transformation, leadership, talent management, cybersecurity and emerging technology trends. Dedicated programmes for different industries and executive profiles will also be included.
The event’s exhibition area, IT Xpo, will bring together more than 180 technology and solution providers. Participants will be able to explore new solutions through product demonstrations, one-to-one meetings and technology presentations. This structure transforms the event from a knowledge-sharing conference into a major business platform where technology companies, purchasing decision-makers and senior executives can engage directly.
