The Czech Tourism Forum will be held on September 24 at Lobkowicz Palace in the capital Prague. During the one-day forum, changes in tourism, visitor trends in the decision-making process, regions, business data, and how destinations can be promoted more effectively will be discussed. The forum will bring together destination representatives from Czechia and abroad, tourism businesses, and experts.
Frantisek Reismüller, Director of the Czech Tourism Authority, said in a statement regarding the forum: “Tourism is developing faster than ever before. At the same time, visitor expectations, technologies, and the ways destinations interact with their guests are also changing. To maintain Czechia’s strong position in the international market, we must keep pace with emerging trends, learn from the best, and share knowledge across the industry.”
Czech Tourism Continues to Grow
In a statement, the Czech Tourism Agency, affiliated with the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic, noted that flight bookings to Czechia increased by 18 percent between May 2025 and April 2026 compared with the previous year. In light of these figures, it was stated that Czechia has become one of Europe’s fastest-growing tourism destinations.
